Screw air compressor oil change considerations!

1. Before changing the oil, check the working conditions of the air compressor: ambient temperature, ambient gas, ambient humidity, whether it is high temperature, and then check whether the temperature control valve and inlet valve have carbon deposits, and whether the motor and the host have abnormal noise.

2. It is forbidden to mix different brands and grades of air compressor oil. When changing the air compressor oil, drain the old engine oil. It is strictly forbidden to use the supplementary method.

3. After the inspection, no abnormal situation was found, and then 1/2 of the new oil was loaded after the oil was discharged under pressure, and then the new oil was loaded into normal operation. If there is oil sludge or carbon deposition in the air compressor system, it can be soaked to remove oil sludge and carbon deposits, and then cleaned with a special cleaning agent, after cleaning, add cleaning oil to clean for 200 to 300 hours, put the cleaning oil, and add new oil to operate normally. Otherwise, it may not only destroy the performance of oil additives, re-deposit carbon, and even lead to safety accidents.

4. When changing the oil, the air filter, oil filter, oil-air separator, and pipeline filter should be replaced regularly when they reach a certain service life, and then check whether the check valve, temperature control valve, and differential pressure sensor are in good condition.

5、Due to the influence of equipment, environment, and mechanical impurities, the aging of oil can be accelerated. In order to prevent carbon deposition and coking, the acid value and viscosity of the lubricating oil are checked during use (every 500 hours), and the quality of the oil cannot be judged by color alone.

6. The air compressor oil temperature is too high. It is important to find the cause, and the protective device must not be thrown off in order to maintain production.
